Franklin Baker Group of Companies Appoints New President

Mr. Jerry Lorenzo, for and on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Franklin Baker Group of Companies, announced last month the appointment of Mr. Ferdinand “Ferdz” dela Cruz as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer effective July 15, 2021.  Mr. dela Cruz is a highly experienced and well-respected business leader with over three decades of professional experience.  His latest engagement was with Manila Water Company, Inc. as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer.  He also led various leadership roles in Globe Telecom, Kraft Foods Philippines, Kraft Foods Indonesia, Ayala Land, San Miguel Brewing Group, PT Mayora Group and Unilever.  Mr. Lorenzo will continue to be involved in the company as member of the Board of Directors.
