Beverage Products Blends with Coconut Water, MCT Oil to Launch in May

Beverage Daily’s New Beverage Products Hitting the Shelves in May Across the Globe included blends containing coconut water as well as MCT oil.  One of them is an RTD cocktail product with vodka and coconut water by Elegance Brands, Inc. The other is Naked Shake with MCT oil by Naked Nutrition.

Elegance Brands, Inc. has relaunched VOCO: a ‘better-for-you’ RTD cocktail which combines vodka blended with coconut water, soda water and natural fruit flavor such as mango, lime, pineapple and passionfruit.  To launch, VOCO will be available at select locations throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Minnesota, Tennessee, Ohio and Alabama, and to be followed by launches in other states during the year.  SRP for a 4-pack of VOCO is $9.99.

Naked Nutrition, on the other hand, has launched Naked Shake in two vegan flavors: Strawberry Banana and Peanut Butter Blueberry. The shakes are based on vegan pea protein powder, sustainably sourced from small US and Canadian farms, and add a combination of MCT oil and fruit juice. Two scoops of powder can be mixed with water, coconut water, or any other  beverage to create the shake. Each shake serving contains 1.5 or 2.5 grams of fat, 8 or 9 carbs, 120 or 140 calories, and 5 grams sugar.  The products are GMO, Soy Free and Certified Gluten Free.
